Azi am cumparat coloranti alimentari de la o firma noua! Nu sunt multumita de rezultat, trebuia sa am o prajitura in 3 culori sin in final am reusit sa obtin doar doua! Dar,...trecand peste va prezint retata:
Ingrediente Blatul 1 6 albusuri mari 100 gr nuca de cocos rasa 6 linguri salaattisiskot zahar colorant albastru 5 linguri faina 1/2 plic praf de copt Blatul salaattisiskot 2 4 oua separate 4 linguri zahar colorant galben 4 linguri faina 1/2 plic pfar de copt Crema 6 galbenusuri 5 linguri lapte 200 gr zahar 200 gr unt moale colorant rosu Glazura 150 gr ciocolata 75% cacao 3 linguri lapte 50 gr unt Pentru blatul 1 am batut albusurile cu zaharul bezea tare.
 Am aruncat apa rezultata, am adaugat colorant salaattisiskot rosu ( din pacate nu a colorat crema!) si am adaugat treptat salaattisiskot crema racita.  Glazura: toate ingredientele le-am pus in bol si le-am lasat la microunde 2 minute apoi le-am amestecat bine.

Umplem hokkaido san mateo formele 2/3 din capacitate. Le dam la cuptor la 180 aproximativ 25 de minute. Lasam tortul la racit, apoi punem caramel peste (dupa gsut de mult sau putin.), Reteta de crema caramel o gasiti la caramel ( http://eucupasiuneinbucatarie.blogspot.com/2012/02/caramel.html ). Lasam la rece 1 ora, batem frisca si facem un mot de frisca!
