Top20Culinair


Recently I was invited to a press lunch of Parma ham (which you could already read here). I ate ao this "sushi". No, not the classic version with Nori sheets and raw fish, but with bread and Parma ham. What else at a press lunch of Parma ham ... I thought this was a great idea for an appetizer buffet and since a lot of people like something fitted on new year, I share this recipe more quickly in 2013. Tip: ask your baker to cut a rectangular bread lengthwise!
